Location was excellent. Many restaurants and Metrotown mall within easy walking distance. Right near where my medical appointment was too. Loved the room features like fridge, freezer, microwave. Furnishings, appliances, clean and in good order. Shower was easy to get in/out and worked very well. Large covered deck. Beautiful views of Burnaby and the coast range. Breakfast buffet was fresh and good.

Had to pay extra for quality internet service which in 2021 should be a basic amenity in a hotel.

Breakfast is good. Lots of selection. Area is clean. Location of the hotel is close to many amenities, walking distance to restaurants and stores. Room is clean, quiet, has a kitchenette although we did not use it coz we only stay for a night. Bathroom is spacious and clean and liked the shower. The kids loved the swimming pool it's open until 11pm😊. Over all stay is excellent.

location was great ie: close to relatives, shopping etc. parking was handy and reasonable kitchenette was great.

Hotel met all our expectations under the Marriot Brand. Facilities very good, Restaurant very good, Staff excellent, overall a very good experience at the Element Westin. Burnaby. B.C Canada

I love how new and clean this hotel was! Affordable too for Vancouver hotel prices. Staff were friendly and it felt like a safe area

The front desk person was friendly, professional and communicated knowledgeably. He let me know that my room request was not ready when I checked in and would call me when it was. We needed some extra towels and they brought them up in the timeframe they promised.

It was very clean and near restaurants/shops. Also, they offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning.
